15 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

FLECK Controls have a 5 year warranty.

*Trojan /Viqua UV MAX  Trojan/ Viqua Technologies guarantees the structural, hardware, and electrical components of the Trojan UV Max product line to be free of material defects for five (5) years. UV intensity monitors are guaranteed for one (1) year. Alpha Water Systems Inc. will not be liable for damage or wear to products caused by abnormal operating conditions, accident, abuse, misuse, unauthorized alteration, or repair, or if the product was not installed in accordance with Trojan UV Max printed installation and operating instructions or damage caused by hot water, freezing, flood, fire, or acts of God. ALL electrical parts/components are non-returnable for refunds. MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY ONLY 

Residential Membrane Warranty Information 

MEMBRANE WARRANTY:
Alpha Water Systems Inc. warrants (pro-rated) the performance of its Reverse Osmosis membrane elements for six months from date of receipt by the buyer, providing that the loss of performance was not caused by fouling or neglect (See detailed membrane warranty information). Alpha Water Systems Inc. will, on confirmation of loss of performance during the warranty period, credit the pro-rated amount of the current catalog price of the element. The disposable filters are not covered under warranty.

To obtain service under this warranty, the defective product must be returned to Alpha Water Systems Inc together with proof of purchase, installation date, failure date, and supporting installation data. Any defective product returned to the factory or service station must be sent freight prepaid. a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#)  must be included.

Alpha Water Systems Inc. will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising from installation, use, or any other causes. There are no express or limited warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, which extend beyond those warranties described or referred to above.

* Most municipal water supplies meet the above requirements. 

DESALINATION PLANTS AND UNIT WARRANTY

All sea water desalination and reverse osmosis plants/units are manufactured to customers' specifications and considered a custom order. Any cancellation of an order placed must be done within 24hrs of confirmation of order placement.  Once production is started there is no acceptance of cancellation  and no refunds will be issued.

Test Meter Warranty:

 WATER TEST METERS ARE UNDER MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY AND ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE/NO REFUNDS. Test Meters will gladly be exchanged    for same or repaired only under the manufacturers warranty. Batteries are not covered under warranty. Calibration Solutions are not returnable and considered Final Sale.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

Shipping charges on units or parts submitted to our facility for repair or replacement must be borne by the registered purchaser. After repair or replacement, the factory will return the unit or part freight prepaid to the customer.

We assume no warranty liability in connection with our equipment other than as herein specified.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not authorize any person or representative to assume for us any other obligation on the sale of our equipment. This is the exclusive remedy and liability for consequential damages under any and all warranties which are excluded to the extent exclusion is permitted by law.

Proof of original purchase date must accompany all warranty claims.

Alpha Water Systems Inc. reserves the right to change prices without notice when necessary. All prices in the catalog are quoted in US dollars.

Claims for merchandise must be made within 24 hrs. of receipt of material. Alpha Water Systems Inc. will not be responsible for any claimed shortages or damages not reported within 24 hrs.


All Returns, other than warranty claims, must have an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization). No returns will be accepted without an RGA# and returns other than warranty issues will be subject to a 30% restocking  fee. We recommend you insure your return.  We will not be liable or accept damaged goods caused by shipping.  

Alpha Water Systems Inc. cannot be held liable for damage or loss to a shipment by a freight carrier. Check shipment for damage before acceptance or note on freight bill subject to inspection for concealed damage. Consignee must file claim. Alpha Water Systems Inc. will offer as much assistance as possible.

All returned checks (due to insufficient funds or closed accounts) will be subjected to a $ 50 service charge.

Methods of Payment

Terms of payment are Net 30 days with established credit. New accounts are welcome - we simply request a completed credit application with three trade references with your initial order.
We accept Visa®, MasterCard®,  check or money order. Shipments outside of the USA shall be prepaid (by credit card or international money order), or irrevocable Letter of Credit.

LETTERS OF CREDIT: These may be subject to a $200 processing fee.
a) Letter of Credit must be IRREVOCABLE and CONFIRMED;
b) Letter of Credit must be in favor of Alpha Water Systems Inc. with DRAFT DRAWN AT SIGHT basis.
c) Letter of Credit must state that ALL bank charges, including those outside the country of origin, are to be applied to Applicants account;
