orders shipping to the fifty United States are insured at no additional

Alpha
Water Systems Inc. accepts Visa, Master Card credit cards. All credit
card orders are subject to credit verification and approval. For your
protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing
address may require additional verification. A signed form will be required
(via fax).

Purchase
orders are accepted from credit approved organizations for corporate,
educational and government orders. Contact one of our account managers
for qualification and application details.
Wire
transfers and other payment methods
If
you wish to arrange another payment method such as a wire transfer, please
contact one of our account managers for assistance.
Personal & Business Checks
All Returned Checks (due to insufficient funds or closed
accounts) will be subjected to a $50 service fee.
Invoices on Net 30 accounts not paid within
30 days of shipment will be considered delinquent and will accrue Finance
charges at
the rate of 1.5% mo. (18% per annum).
Pricing

Sales
tax
In
accordance with statutory regulations, Alpha Water Systems Inc. charges sales
tax on shipments to customers in the state of New Jersey. If you are located
in this state and your purchases are not subject to sales tax, please contact
an account manager for assistance.
GENERAL
POLICY
A
Defective product will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our
discretion, within 10 days from receipt. No refunds or credit will be
provided, replacement or repair only if item is found to be defective. If
an item is returned as "defective" and no defect is found the terms
of the restocking fees detailed below will apply. ALL electrical parts/components are non-returnable for refunds. MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY ONLY
All
non-defective products returned for credit or exchange are subject
to a minimum 30% restocking fee, and must be completed within 3 days
of receiving the product. Warranty applies for electrical componants. No return on electrical parts.
Water
Test Meters are under Manufacturers Warranty and considered Final
Sale/No Refunds.Test Meters will gladly be exchanged for same or repaired
under manufacturers warranty. Calibration Solutions are not returnable
and considered Final Sale. Water Testing Kits are considered final sale.
Portable
and Countertop RO Units are under Manufacturers Warranty and considered
Final Sale/Non-Returnable items
for sanitary purposes.
Special Order Products A
product not listed on our web site is considered a "special order" item.
Special order items are non-returnable and Final Sale. Warranty only applies.
Pre-payment by check only. All cancellations must be done with 3 days
of placing order and a Cancellation Fee of $50 will apply. After 3 days,
no cancellations will be accepted.
Special
Order Parts are to be pre-paid by check only. Customer Cancellation
must be done within 24
hrs of ordering. Once the item is ordered by Alpha Water Systems
Inc. No cancellation or refunds will be given.
No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. To request a return authorization #, please speak to
one of our account executives. RMA numbers are valid for ten business
days after issue. Your RMA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping
label of the return shipment. We recommend you insure your return. We
will not be liable or accept damaged goods caused by shipping.
Affix a label to the box: DO NOT MARK THE BOX ITSELF IN ANY WAY.
In
the case of all returns, for any reasons, the returned product(s) must be
100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging, manuals,
registration card(s) and material. We reserve the right to refuse a
return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
Proof of original purchase date, invoice # must accompany
all returns or warranty claims.
Desalination
units and plants have their own return policy and are listed on our
warranty page
We reserve the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain
products.
Shipping
charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly
shipped by Alpha Water Systems Inc.
Shipping charges on units or parts submitted to our facility for repair
or replacement must be borne by the registered purchaser. After
repair or replacement, the factory will return the unit or part freight
prepaid to the customer.
Claims for merchandise must be made within 24 hrs.of receipt of material.
Alpha Water Systems Inc. will not be responsible for any claimed shortages
or damages not reported within 24 hr allotment period.
Alpha Water Systems Inc. cannot be held liable for damage or
loss to a shipment by a freight carrier. Customer is responsible and
we recommend they Check shipment for damage before acceptance
or note on freight bill subject to inspection for concealed damage. Consignee
must file claim. Alpha Water Systems Inc. will offer as much assistance
as possible.
We do not authorize any person or representative to assume
for us any other obligation on the sale of our equipment. This is the
exclusive remedy and liability for consequential damages under any
and all warranties which are excluded to the extent exclusion is permitted
by law.

Alpha Water Systems Inc. is not responsible for late or delayed shipments.
Alpha Water Systems Inc. retains title to items purchased until said
items are paid for by the purchaser and at that time the title passes
to purchaser. If you purchase items for the purpose of export, you must
obtain from the federal government certain export documentation, and that
responsibility is solely yours.
Governing law
Transactions between you and Alpha Water Systems Inc. shall
be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State
of New Jersey without regard to the laws regarding conflicts of law. If
any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason
unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this
agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any
remaining provisions. This agreement, the policies printed in the applicable
Alpha Water Systems Inc. catalog, and the policies, terms and conditions
stated on the applicable Alpha Water Systems Inc. invoice or packing slip
constitute the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject
matter herein and cannot be modified except in a written agreement signed
by both parties.
